I really need to do this on a spreadsheet or something. I think I'll make a google spreadsheet, track it there.

Breakfast: PBJ Sandwich (double fiber bread), 1/2 cup peanuts, 1/4 cup dried cranberries

Lunch: Orange, Apple, Pear, Lentil Burger (no bun) 1/2 cup brown rice, 1/4 cup mushrooms

Dinner:

Wednesday 1/7

Breakfast: PBJ sandwich, 1/2 cup peanuts, 1/4 cup cranberries

Lunch: Orange, Pear, Apple, 2 Veggie Sloppy Joes w/bun

Dinner: Lentil Burger, Bun, 1/2 cup brown rice, 1/4 cup mushrooms, 1/2 pear
